**Job Description:**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile All-Rounder with barista experience to join our dynamic team at Soho Lane. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with consistent quality and presentation, using our top-of-the-line espresso machine.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all our guests.
- Assist in various café operations, including taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations and a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a barista, with strong skills in making a range of coffee drinks.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
