The role

Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Specialist Wok Chef to join our busy Crown Team. 

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Preparing a variety of Asian dishes. 
• Work in a 5-star setting.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Experience with different woks such as double loop woks (Mandatory)
• Experience with Authentic Asian and Chinese cuisine.
• Experience with Buffet and live cooking.
• Excellent communication skills. 

Passionate about asian cuisine and a Wok Master, this role could be for you.

This role requires Certificate III Cookery.
