The role of Assistant Cafe Manager is a key position within the management team, working closely with the Cafe Manager, and Kitchen Management Team. You would be responsible for managing five shifts over a seven-day week, which will be a combination of early mornings (05:30am - 1:30pm) or evening closes (12:30pm to 8:30pm).
