The role

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Towers and Crown Metropol Poolside teams. 

The intake dates for these roles will be over October and November 2024.

Our Seasonal Poolside Opportunities as a Waitperson or Bar Attendant are Part-Time or Casual positions based on a 6-month contract with opportunities for future development. 

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing excellent customer service 
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking 
• Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Experience working in a Food and/or Beverage Environment
• Experience using a Point of Sale System
• Ability to carry a beverage tray 
• Strong Beverage Knowledge (Bar Attendant)
• Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue
• A passion for customer service 
• Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
• Excellent time management skills

Additional Information

To be successful, you’ll:

• Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate
• Availability to work over the seasonal period, including weekends, public holidays and shifts from 6am/8am - 8pm shifts 

This role requires you to: 

• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
• Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks.
