The new Neil Donaldson Pavilion located at UWA Sport Park, Claremont will provide a brand new, modern home for the University Football Club. Outside of the football season, the venue will service the needs of other UWA affiliated clubs and users of the sports park. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and community.
About You
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced bartenders with barista skills to join our team at the newly built Neil Donaldson Pavilion, the home of UWA Football Club. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for team players who can create a welcoming atmosphere for club members and patrons, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for making great drinks—both behind the bar and the coffee machine—we’d love to hear from you!
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience as a bartender or barista or in a similar role is beneficial.
Certifications: RSA certification (or willingness to obtain before starting work) or completion of a Certificate III in Hospitality or similar qualifications is desirable.
Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanour with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Availability: Ability to commit to flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
