The Margaret River Chocolate Company is an Iconic Western Australian Business nestled in the heart of the Margaret River Region. It is renowned for its immense chocolate selection, warm hospitality and decadent Chocolate Café.
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Baristas to join our Café. These full-time positions will involve providing exceptional customer service and beverage preparation in a fast paced, friendly and welcoming environment. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies and hot chocolates
- Preparing and serving deserts in our Cafe
- Taking food and beverage orders from customers and delivering them in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked Café and dining area
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista or a similar hospitality role, Minimum 1 year experience
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficient in operating coffee machines and Café equipment
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation and service
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
