At Cloud Eleven Esperance Pty Ltd, We are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) Barista to perform the following duties:
Duties To Be Performed:
· Preparing all types of coffees, teas and iced drinks, with excellent latte art skills at all times, this will involve working solo and in a team at various times. Understand how and when to adjust grinders and the daily dialling in process.
· Work with the in house coffee roaster on maintaining and improving the coffees produced by us. Experience cupping and assessing coffee qualities will be preferred.
· Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of coffee-making areas, including equipment upkeep, you will need experience with RO units and maintenance requirements
· Handling cash transactions and promoting products and services, including learning menu items and allergy information for the kitchen products
· Stocking and replenishing beverage supplies, coffee bean selection and grinding
· Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
· Enhance customer service experience and provide service to them leading to repeat visits, you will require strong communication skills and be able to remember customers names and drink orders
The right candidates will have at least 1 year of experience, great knowledge of coffees, creativity and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and within a team.
Position: Full Time Salary: $65,000 – 80,000 per year
