About the role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Baristas to join our new team at The Old Post Office Cafe in Busselton, WA. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service. There is a mix of full time, part time and casual positions available offering competitive pay and the opportunity to be part of a new team in a relaxed sea side environment.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, and more
- Ensure consistently excellent coffee quality and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist with other cafe duties as needed, such as food preparation, cashier responsibilities, and inventory management.
What we're looking for
- An experienced Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to continuously improving your craft
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
