Crooked Spire Coffee & Art House in Midland is still on the hunt for the right barista to join the team and we now have openings for new juniors on the weekends!
The barista position is offering 30 hours per week and we are seeking applicants with:
- 1 year of experience in a fast-paced café
- sick latte art skills
- a working understanding of coffee theory
- a great smile and positive energy
- their own transport
- availability to work early mornings and some weekends
The junior allrounder position is offering 4-5 hours on weekends and we are looking for applicants with:
- a great smile, confident voice and a can-do attitude
- the ability to work quickly and cohesively with a team
- a desire to learn new skills
- experience in customer service or a similar fast paced environment is preferred but not required
