The Role

We have an exciting position available for a customer-focused and outgoing Barista to represent Industry Beans in collaboration with the global leader for shared office workspace to make coffee for community members at a Perth CBD site. Industry Beans is operating a dedicated barista service for the community members in a beautiful shared Brisbane office space on 152 St Georges Terrace. We are looking for a fun and friendly barista to represent Industry Beans, providing outstanding coffee in a highly communal environment. This role will be working permanent and consistent hours from Monday to Friday.

The desired applicant will be mature, reliable and capable of working autonomously with an attractive above award remuneration.

This role provides the opportunity to benefit from:

• A Permanent and ongoing role working Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 12:30pm 
• Representing an award-winning specialty coffee roaster
• Premium espresso machine, grinder and equipment
• Ongoing support and guidance from the Industry Beans team

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality
• Exceptional barista skills (Latte art, troubleshooting, altering the grinder etc.)
• A strong work ethic with a strong customer focus
• Strong ability to work autonomously
• A fun and positive demeanour
• The ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers (Office Community Members), providing them with an exceptional coffee experience
