About the role

Rocketfuel Coffee Roasters' is seeking a talented Barista to join our vibrant team in Nedlands, Western Australia. As a casual Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service in our busy café. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your barista skills and passion for the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks using our premium specialty coffee beans
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Accurately operating and maintaining our espresso machine and other café equipment
  • Ensuring a clean and organised work environment at all times
  • Assisting with various café tasks as needed, such as food preparation and counter service

    • What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment
  • Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and drink preparation
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends and public holidays
