Barista / All Rounder

Blacksmith Perth is looking for a Barista All-rounder to join our awesome team on either a full-time or part-time basis, having weekend availability is essential. We're looking for a barista that shares our passion for coffees, and most importantly is great with people. We have been established for over 8 years in the Highgate community with many new and regular faces coming in everyday!

More info about the position:

• 25-35 hours per week (We're open Wednesday to Sunday, 7am to 2.30pm).
• Above award rate based on experience.
• For applicants seeking long-term employment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of café experience in Australia.
• Experience with filter coffees is a big bonus.
• Good latte art is a must as we are mostly dine-in.
• Great communication skills, fluent in English.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
