Have a passion for coffee and love interacting with people all day? We are looking for experienced Barista/Cafe All Rounder team members to join our busy cafe and hit the ground running.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer experience in store
- Preparing quality hot and cold beverages according to Jamaica Blue standards
- Food preparation
- Store opening and closing duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing work stations
- Cash handling
To be successful, you must have:
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Ability to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Passion for quality coffee and food with the willingness to learn
- Hands on experience working with brewing equipent
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- Strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
Full training will be provided to suitable candidates.
The role is for approximately 20-30 hours per week dependent on applicant's suitability/availability and will have weekday and weekend shifts with flexible hours.

Pay: $24.00 – $36.00 per hour
