GESHA Coffee Co, specialty coffee roasters are currently seeking hard working passionate individuals to join our team at our Bibra Lake HQ Roasting Warehouse and Fremantle Flagship Cafe with Full-Time and casual positions available.



We are currently seeking an experienced Baristas and Barista Trainer to join our team in both locations. Within our roastery we operate an Espresso Bar and Barista Academy, where we teach members of the public and our wholesale clients courses designed to improve their coffee knowledge and practical barista skills. At our Fremantle Flagship cafe we require experience baristas to keep up with the fast pace and high volume. The successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following criteria: 



  • Experience working in a busy fast paced café or restaurant as a Barista.
  • Passion for coffee, with creative latte art and milk texturing skills
  • Able to produce consistent coffee and beverages at a fast pace, maintaining a clean and tidy workstation.
  • Outstanding communication skills and work well under pressure in a busy café environment.
  • Excellent understanding of alternative brewing methods, extraction and coffee recipes.
  • Running existing course content to a high standard
  • Be able to communicate specialty coffee concepts effectively
  • Exceptional customer service
