Are you an experienced barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy working with a fun and dynamic team? We’re looking for a passionate Barista to join us at Ginga!

About the role:
- Location: Ginga Cafe (ideally local candidates, or within easy reach)
- Position: Casual, flexible hours
- Experience Required: At least 2 years of barista experience

What we’re looking for:
- A proactive, energetic individual who can work well under pressure
- Experience handling up to 4kg of beans and keeping up with high demand
- Confidence and skill in dialing in espresso machines to perfection
- Ability to deliver high-quality coffee consistently, with attention to detail
- A positive attitude and ability to work seamlessly within a friendly, tight-knit team
- Someone who lives locally, or close to our café
