We are one of Perths OG all day dinners with a reputation as one of Perths best burger restaurant that is seen as an exciting and progressive brand … We are a different burger brand with our Boba Tea offering and Asian inspired sides. We are leaning in to the breakfast dayparts as one of our leading opportunities and are looking for 2 unique people to join on this journey in Swanbourne, reporting to the Group Operations Manager.

The Role(s)

2 positions within our Restaurant Operations team, you’ll be responsible for effectively driving the breakfast daypart rolling into lunch service.

You will be passionate about customer service championing loyalty from a focus on food & beverage quality standards.

You’ll be looked upon as a calming force when the heat’s on.

What we’re looking for

We’re scouting for attitude, maturity and energy. If you are vibing what we’re doing, we’d love to opportunity to find you a place in our team.  The moment your shift starts, you become the driver for our food and customer experience.

While experience is helpful, it’s not everything. We find people with a history working in hospitality venues (restaurants, bars, cafés and clubs etc) or fast paced retail environments work well. But we’d love to receive applications from anyone who has a passion for leadership, a drive to deliver exceptional hospitality, but above all a love of beautiful delicious food & drinks

Knowledgeable in using venue systems such as point of sale systems will be helpful

Pay: $31.23 – $45.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
