About the position
BIA is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bartender/Café Assistant to join our high-performing retail team at the Nakamuras Cafe.
To be eligible, candidates must have permanent working in Australia rights.
The Bartender/ Café Assistant is responsible for providing efficient and friendly customer service whilst maintaining consistently high levels of food and beverage hygiene and safety to exceed customer expectations.
About the person we seek
As the ideal candidate, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide a high level of customer service with effective cash handling experience and an ability to work unsupervised.
Flexibility to work rotating roster including weekends with a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential for this position.
As the successful applicant, you will have a current C Class manual driver’s licence with an ability to obtain Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) checks and comply with BIA Drug and Alcohol Management Plan (DAMP).
