About the role
Honey Beanz' is seeking a passionate and skilled Cafe all rounder to join our vibrant team in Subiaco, Western Australia. This is a casual and/or vacation position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As part of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our popular cafe.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea and other beverages to our customers
- Assist with food preparation, including making sandwiches, salads and other cafe items
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including clearing tables and restocking supplies
- Support the team in any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the cafe
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or similar environment
- Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service
- Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of our cafe
