The role
Jets Gymnastics Neerabup is seeking a Cafe All Rounder to join our team in our Neerabup, WA. As a casual position, this role will involve a variety of duties in our cafe to ensure a positive customer experience. Must be available for at least three shifts a week, including Saturdays and Mondays.
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service to all cafe customers
- Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages
- Preparing and serving a variety of light meals and snacks
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the cafe area
- Assisting with other cafe duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a cafe or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Keen attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
