Job Title: Bakery Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bakery cafe
- must be able to make coffee
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Handle ordering and inventory management
- Monitor & manage financial performance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role,
would also suit a head barista that wanted to take the next step in leadership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage finances and budgets
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
