We are looking for a great Barista to join our team at the Copper Bean Cafe. Do you love making coffee? If the answer is yes then we could be looking for you.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need a passion for customer service, and a can-do attitude.

REQUIREMENTS
- You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
- Excellent barista skills
- Knowledge of coffee making, opening, closing and cleaning coffee machine
- You must be able to demonstrate a friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
- You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
- In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
- You need to be punctual and reliable
- Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts. And available during school holiday periods. There are no split shifts or evening work.
- You must hold a valid Food Safety Certificate.
