The Opportunity 

As a Café Collaborator you will partner with customers, to grow the presence of MilkLab within cafes across Western Australia. 

• Build relationships with café owners and baristas across your territory, providing MILKLAB gifts to thank them for their support.
• Collect market insights & information across your territory.
• Sample MILKLAB products (with coffee), presenting the features & benefits to increase MILKLAB sales.
• Effectively plan where you will spend your time and which cafes you will visit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, managing all follow-ups and requests.
• Work closely with Distributor partners and collaborate with your team.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and regular training sessions.

You will be provided with a Company Car in order to visit multiple cafes every day (occasional regional trips and overnight stays).

What you'll bring

You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, have excellent time management and fantastic communication skills to engage customers and influence decisions.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team 
• High levels of tenacity and resilience, focused on results
• Ability to think creatively and present proposals that add value
• Capable of using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• A valid driver’s license
