We are looking for an enthusiastic Cafe Duty Manager to join our experienced management team.
You need to be a passionate about making and serving great coffee, cocktails and food.
Turquoise Cafe is fully licensed and open 7 days per week from 7.30am each day in addition to dinner service 3 nights a week.
This is a great opportunity for a customer driven, sales focused and experienced person to join our established management team.
The key elements of this position
1) Supervision of the front of house staff and monitoring of labour costs and service standards
2) Exceptional barista and cocktail skills, high volume outlet
3) Induction and training of new staff and maintenance of service standards through ongoing training of all staff.
5) Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
6)Order taking and cash handling
