About Us:
Our farm is more than just a source of produce—it’s an ecosystem that thrives on natural, sustainable practices. Using principles of permaculture and syntropic farming, we cultivate fresh, organic ingredients that fuel our cafe and feed our community. Our cafe reflects the farm’s ethos, serving seasonal, nutritious meals made from produce harvested right on our property, as well as sourcing the freshest and best ingredients we can find from local farmers and producers.
We’re Hiring:
We have a variety of roles available both on the farm and in the cafe. Whether you have a green thumb or a passion for hospitality, we want you to be part of our dedicated team:
• Cafe Positions (Front of House & Back of House): If you’re passionate about food, sustainability, and customer service, we’d love to have you working with us. Our front-of-house staff engages with customers and shares the story of our farm-to-table approach, while our back-of-house team brings the freshest ingredients to life, crafting beautiful, healthy meals.
• Farm & Maintenance Roles: If you love being outdoors and have an interest in regenerative farming practices, this role is perfect for you. Help us maintain and grow our permaculture and syntropic systems, ensuring our farm stays productive, healthy, and aligned with nature’s rhythms.
What We’re Looking For:
• A passion for sustainability, permaculture, and farm-to-table principles
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a dynamic, community-focused environment
• Experience in either hospitality, gardening, farming, or maintenance (though we welcome eager learners too!)
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
