Your Role at St John of God Midland Hospital
You will provide a high standard of hospitality and service to the customers in the cafes, whilst operating in a cost effective manner.
The Position
-
Maintain high levels of general cleanliness and food hygiene standards – in all front-of-house areas.

Maintain a high standard of customer service: through friendliness, speed and efficiency.

Make a deliberate, personal effort to engage with café customers.

Perform hot and cold food production as required (and to the menu standards).

Process customer payments at the till with friendliness, speed and accuracy (collecting correct payment from all customers).
You will have a high standard of personal presentation and punctuality with the willingness to learn new coffee and food production skills while maintain food hygiene standards.
To succeed you will have an ability communicate effectively with colleagues and customers while having the ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.

Salary: $36.64 - $38.37 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation
