Cafe Manager

Citizens of Brew-Ha, a beloved community café in Subiaco, is on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate Café Manager to lead our team and serve up the best coffee and food in town.

The position, from Tuesday to Saturday 6:00am – 2:30pm,  provides a competitive salary and rewards for excellence. 

It is a career position and would suit a creative retail manager who understands the art of coffee and great food. 

Your Role:

• Coffee Mastery: Deliver consistently amazing coffee that keeps our customers coming back.
• Lead the Family: Inspire and manage our team with a focus on creating a warm atmosphere.
• Work with the Chef: Collaborate with our chef to deliver top-notch à la carte dishes.
• Customer Connection: Build lasting relationships with our customers, making everyone feel like part of the Brew-Ha family.
• Run the Show: Handle staff rostering, stock orders, and daily operations smoothly.
• Drive Growth: Team up with the General Manager to implement strategies that grow our business and customer base.

What You Bring:

• A positive, go-getter attitude with a love for hospitality.
• Proven experience as a high-volume barista who knows their way around a coffee machine.
• Leadership skills with a knack for motivating and guiding a team.
• A passion for great food and an eye for detail in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the action.
