Freshwaters is a licensed café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner looking over the edge of the bay. With a rolling lawn for children and dogs to play on, the vibe is relaxed and chilled for the guests as they share hearty meals, small tasty plates, chilled wines, beers and great espresso coffees. 

About the role

The role of Café Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the team of guest facing and food preparation staff. Ensuring service runs smoothly during each and every shift, and keeping an eagle eye on the financial aspects of the business as it runs. 

Benefits and perks

This position is on a permanent full-time basis where you will be supported with training and coaching to develop your career. Freshwaters is open from 6am until 8pm, 7 days a week. You will be available to work across all these days and hours in parts, within the capacity of full-time (38 hours).

• Managing costs in a business to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.
