Cafe Supervisor/2IC

Peppermint Green in Joondalup is looking for an experienced and confident Cafe Supervisor/2IC to run the show!

We are open six days a week (short days on Saturdays) and offer a cooked breakfast, cabinet options, delicious coffee and a small gift shop to our customers!

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to work closely with the owner to run the shop!

Essential:

• 3 years minimum barista experience
• 1 year minimum Supervisor experience
• Positive outlook, excellent customer service and must be able to lead, teach and encourage your team
• Must be competent at multitasking, keeping your cool under pressure and leading by example
• Must be very customer focused
• Experience with ordering, stocktakes, wage and COGS budgets etc
• Food Safe Supervisor Certificate essential
• Cooking experience highly desirable

This position will be a casual position to start (part time contract can be discussed after three month probation) working 5 days per week (four week days and one Saturday morning) - No nights! Pay rate is dependent on experience and skill set. This is a long term position
