We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor and FOH manager to join our amazing team.
If you have a great customers skills and is a gun on the coffee machine, who’s looking to work ONLY weekdays from 5:45am - 2:15pm (no weekend!) then this might be for a great opportunity for you.
To be eligible for this role you must:
- be able to manage all catering orders that come through, meaning you will be responsible for taking calls, awnsering emails and help with customer enquiries.
- have great barista skills and is able to work in a fast pace environment ( latte art skills is preferred but not essential)
- have 2+ years as cafe supervisor
- must be neat, tidy and reliable
- must have a positive attitude, good work ethic, team player and great communication skills.
- willing to assist in all necessary daily cafe duties and also responsible for stock take and ordering supplies.
- have passion for hospitality, food, coffee and customer service ( Bubbly personality is a plus)
- have full Australian Working Right that valid for at least 24months.
