We coordinate social events and activities, support student clubs, operate food and beverage outlets on campus and assist students with academic, financial and personal issues. The role

We are looking for a full time Café Team Leader to run the day-to-day operations of Guild Café - Library, one of our outlets on Curtin’s Bentley campus. Offerings include hot and cold food, study snacks, barista made coffee and more. 

Requirements 

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in the hospitality industry with responsibility for the operations of a venue.
• Demonstrated experience in resolving customer feedback and complaints
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience with point of sale systems and good working knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A level of fitness commensurate with the position
• Must be available Mon-Fri between the hours 7am - 4pm
• Ability to work outside of normal office hours when required
