We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Culinary Team as the Chef de Cuisine looking after The Hive (staff dinning room) and Commissary.
In this full-time role you will oversee operations for both kitchens at Crown Perth. In this hands-on role, your creativity and passion for food will be channelled into creating exceptional dining experiences. You will be required to train and mentor your teams while liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level management. This unique role looks after Commissary and The Hive, the staff dinning room provides over 18,000 meals a week in our spectacular buffet inhouse restaurant.
