We are looking for enthusiatics individual to join our Crown team. We have multiple vacancies across buffet & fine dining.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide joyful experiences through genuine care for guests.
  • Lead by example and motivate a team of kitchen professionals.
  • Assist Senior Chefs with daily food preparation and service.
  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Previous experience in a similar 5-star environment.

About You:

  • Working knowledge of HACCP.
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie.
  • Specialisation in Wok and/or Breakfast is highly regarded.

Additional Information

To be successful, you’ll be able to:

  • Work across a 24/7 roster, including late evenings, weekends & public holidays

This role requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
