The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.
We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the culinary team.
In a role at Crown, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach for work within a large team
- Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast paced kitchen.

About you
- An eye for excellence and attention to detail
- Ability to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays
- Specialty in Western/Asian/Italian and Japanese cuisine will be highly regarded
- Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery
- Experience working across various sections will be highly regarded
