Club Front of House / Cafe All-Rounder

We are looking for a motivated, passionate and positive individual to join our team at Vitality House. This role is best suited to those with a passion for hospitality or currently studying and in need of casual employment within a fun and inspiring environment. This role will be in our cafe, which is located within the coworking lounge of Vitality House and services members and guests of the House only, your role will require you to be socially dynamic and build relationships with our community.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to our members
Assist the chef and kitchen manager
Prepare coffee and drink orders
Operate point of sale and handle payments
Ability to work efficiently
Maintain a clean and tidy environment
Deliver food and drink orders to tables
Maintain a clean and fast turnover of tables for members working in the lounge
Assist members with bookings across all services offered at Vitality House
 

Required Skills, Education, Qualifications and Work Experience

Exceptional communication and customer service skills 
Previous experience in a hospitality environment
Familiarity around a coffee machine 
Ability to multitask and take initiative 
A passion for people and community
A positive outlook and eager learner

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
 

We are looking for someone who can work 16 – 25 hours a week. Vitality House is open Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend or after hours shift for booked events.
