Seeking an Experienced Cook
Dive into the Aperitivo scene with us! We are a vibrant cocktail bar/ Restaurant in the heart of Perth CBD serving small bites and amazing cocktails. We are looking for skilled cook with a passion for European & Italian cuisine. As of September we will be opening 6 nights per week so we need a Strong Experienced Cook that can run our restaurant and manage take aways. Have the day off and only work nights during the weel. Work Hours are 4.30pm till 9pm Mon to Thursday. Lunch and Dinner Shifts of Friday and Saturday.
· Must be able to run a kitchen alone, and work unsupervised
· Salary HIA Award. Level based on experience
· A dynamic, creative work environment
· Part Time and Full Time Hours Available Sundays Off
· 3+ years cooking experience
· Permanent residency or long term visa preferred
· Experience working in a busy Restaurant. Italian/European Cuisine preferably.
