We're seeking a Corporate Barista to join our team in a permanent full-time (Monday- Friday) position.

Based in the Perth CBD, you'll be working in our corporate in-house café and in addition to making an excellent cup of coffee you will enjoy a multifaceted role where you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily management of the café: coffee preparation, sales, ordering and new innovations.
  • Work alongside the Corporate Chef, to provide a well-balanced, nutritious and tasty food menu.
  • Manage the café communications, documentation, financial reconciliation and reports.
  • Provide ongoing coffee training, support and knowledge to other staff.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager with administration and reporting tasks.
  • Provide waiter service for meetings including the set-up, clearing and cleaning of meeting and seminar rooms during busy periods.
  • Job Sharing Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to share duties and responsibilities, ensuring continuity and coverage during absences or peak periods including but not limited to Client Floor and Reception.
  • Provide assistance to clients and staff with audio visual and video conferencing needs.
  • Provide waiter and bar service for after-hours meetings and events.
  • Assist the servery, reception and kitchen as required, including after hours support.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Excellent composure with ability to prioritise and problem solve under pressure.
  • Punctual, reliable and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level client focus with demonstrated ability to act with diplomacy and maintain confidentiality.
  • Successfully plan own workload to ensure prompt service of customers.
  • Maintain accurate profit and loss records.
  • Develop menus, appropriate to season, with consideration to kitchen preparation and corporate environment.
  • Immaculate presentation, in compliance with dress standards.
