Duty Manager and experienced Baristas

About the role

We are fishing for an experienced Duty Manager and Barista to join our summer crew at the Beach Bar at Clancy's Fish Pub Beach. The Beach Bar is seeking dedicated individuals to join our vibrant hospitality team. These are casual roles in one of the busiest beach side venues in Perth. We focus on fast service, great breakfast and lunch and wicked coffees

What you'll be doing as Duty Manager:

• Oversee the daily operations of the venue
• Provide exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons
• Prepare and serving high-quality coffee and specialty drinks to our customers
• Assist with various cafe duties, such as food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve cafe procedures and policies

What you'll be doing as a Barista:

Smash out awesome coffees like a pro!

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Proven expertise in barista skills and a passion for crafting exceptional coffee
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector
