About The Role

The San Churro team is seeking  for team members that are hard-working, highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic individuals looking for a challenging and rewarding position in the hospitality industry. We are currently on the lookout for an Experienced Barista and an Experienced Supervisor to be part of our store in Whitford for a part time or long term commitment.

You will also be responsible for contributing to the upkeep and appearance of our Chocolateria as well as OHS standards. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a fun-loving team in an exciting young company that fosters internal development and promotion.

Barista

• Barista experience is required
• A background in hospitality
• Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Supervisor

• Experience as a manager or supervisor (in similar environment) is essential
• Strong hospitality experience ready to take the next step up
• Must have barista experience 
• Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work during peak trading days and hours
