We are seeking an experienced barista with a passion for coffee and customer service to join our team. Role
As an experienced barista and café all-rounder, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the smooth operation of the café. Flexibility in hours is essential, as shifts may vary, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and workstations
- general café duties as required
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all guests
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient café operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barista with a strong understanding of coffee and espresso-based drinks
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a café or similar setting is preferred
