Food & Beverage Attendant

Our Resort boasts 150 luxuriously appointed bungalow style villas, an award-winning resort with conference and wedding facilities and a day spa. All located in one of the most beautiful locations, Margaret River Region, Western Australia; enjoy whale watching from the restaurant terrace during the Margaret River’s exhilarating annual whale watching season.

• use our ‘Heartist’ principals to engage with guests and create a connection
• Food and beverage product knowledge to share with our patrons
• take orders and maximise sales opportunities
• deliver orders promptly
• keep areas clean and tidy
• maintain hygienic food service techniques
• operate the till and process payments
• answer enquiries and make restaurant reservations

• you love people and enjoy providing exceptional service to help make someone’s day that little bit more amazing! (Hospitality is a work of Heart)
• previous hospitality experience working in a similar environment.
• you are friendly and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guests’ needs.
• this is hospitality after all so you will need to be available to work weekends (but it doesn't have to be every single Saturday and Sunday).
