What is required:
- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to identify and drive process improvements
- Problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in artisanal environment
- Strong knowledge in Sourdough craft
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating a team of bakers by leading them to deliver high quality products within specific time frames
- Supporting the development of new processes and systems to suit a growing bakery
- Create and manage schedules to meet production requirements and budget
- Guarantee consistency of production by following/adjusting our processes and by assessing final products
- Complete performance reviews to assess new and existing employees and plan their progression in accordance with the business requirements
- Coordinate staff training and equipment maintenance
- Liaise with purchasing for ordering new supplies and bill of material
- Ensure the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations by managing our cleaning schedules and procedures
