Job Title: Barista – Coffee Anatomy, QEII Medical Centre, Nedlands

Location: Coffee Anatomy, QEII Medical Centre, Nedlands, WA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm (No weekends or public holidays)

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for crafting all beverages at Coffee Anatomy, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency are maintained throughout service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks and other beverages
• Maintain coffee machine and equipment
• Manage daily stock levels of coffee and other consumables
• Engage with customers to provide a warm and friendly service
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the coffee station area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista, with strong espresso and milk texturing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality

Perks:

• No weekend or public holiday shifts
• Potential for a full-time salaried position after a successful trial period, subject to mutual agreement
