Job Title: Manager / Barista - Bennies by the Beach
Location: Trigg Beach, Western Australia (Mobile Food Van)
Salary: $70,000 per annum + super + incentives

About Us:
Bennies by the Beach is a brand-new food van located right by the sand at Bennion Beach, Trigg. Serving high-quality coffee and refreshing açaí bowls, we’re all about offering our beach-going community a delicious, convenient way to fuel up. We’re looking for someone as excited as we are to make Bennies a staple stop for locals and tourists alike.

Position Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Manager / Barista to help us launch and operate Bennies by the Beach. This unique role is perfect for someone with barista experience who’s ready to manage daily operations and treat the business as if it were their own. You’ll be in charge of delivering exceptional coffee and açaí while managing staff, inventory, and all daily activities in the mobile van.

Responsibilities:

• Coffee & Açaí Creation: Make delicious coffee and açaí bowls to keep our customers coming back.
• Mobile Van Operations: Take charge of opening, closing, and maintaining the van in excellent condition.
• Team Leadership: Oversee staff scheduling and create a fun, supportive team culture.
• Inventory Management: Handle ordering and stock levels for key ingredients and supplies.
• Customer Experience: Build a welcoming atmosphere and ensure each customer leaves happy.
• Business Growth: Bring ideas to expand the menu, attract new customers, and grow the brand.

Requirements:

• Experience: Strong barista skills and experience in a leadership role.
• Customer Focused: A warm, friendly approach and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Driver’s License: Manual vehicle license required (for operating the mobile van).
• Flexibility: Available to work a 40-hour week, choosing days within our 7-day operation.
