We're looking for candidates with:
- 6+ years of leadership in hospitality/entertainment venues (QSRs, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas).
- Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with budget management and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and positive attitude.

As a Grill'd Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Motivate and lead a team for sales growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with Area Managers for high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
- Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
- Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
- Engage with local community groups through our local matters program.
- Utilize strong analytical skills with budget management and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
