The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join and lead the Market & Co team.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing operational leadership
• Completeing financial evaluation
• Demonstrating leadership to team members

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• A passion for hospitality and customer service
• Excellent time management skills
• The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment

To be successful, you’ll:

Hold a current RSA certificate & Current Approved Managers Card

This role requires: 

• Previous leadership or management experience within a restaurant role
• Experience within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a full flexible availability across morning, daytime and evening shifts
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
