Sous Chef

Hamptons City Beach  has worked hard over the past years to maintain the success of our business.  We are actively looking to add to our existing qualified team.

We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef  which will;  

be the diplomat with front of house staff and kitchen staff

be savvy with costings-  both labour and food. 

be patient and passionate with teaching, leading by example in all areas

be creative

be supportive to Head Chef

be a gun on pans and enjoys the pass

have the highest level of interpersonal skills

with set days off and excellent balanced kitchen and experience in seasonal kitchens  - you could be our new family member

if you a have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position don't delay
