The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join Crown as a Sous Chef.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Assist the Senior Chef De Cuisine with successful daily operations
• Assist the Chef De Cuisine with leading, coaching team members
• Assist in training within the operation including HACCAP procedures
• Assist Chef De Cuisine to prepare and manage budgets where appropriate
• Ensure the product consistency is attained regarding appearance and taste

About you
You’ll bring the following:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Prior Experience as a Sous Chef in a 4–5-star environment
• Demonstrated experience in people management and working with large teams
• Experience in training and empowering others
• Knowledge and commitment to equal opportunity, ethical practice and occupational health and safety.
• Ability to work Full-Time hours over a rotating roster

This role requires Certificate III Commercial Cookery.
