To do this we need the best people to drive and lead our Café teams on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking experienced and dedicated Assistant Café Manager to join us at Dome Kwinana.
About the role
Assist the Café Manager in all day-to-day operations.
Lead by example and be hands on with your team.
Deliver exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality.
Manage costs to meet targets and identify opportunities to build the business.
Maintain and grow customer, team, and supplier relationships.
Maintain café presentation, cleanliness and Dome integrity for your team and guests.
Be passionate about coffee!
About you
You will be someone who thrives on exceeding the expectations of both the teams and guests to which you are responsible. You will come from a similar food and beverage environment and have strong people management experience and excel in leading others. You will enjoy thriving in a fast-paced environment as well as leading your team to ensure a welcoming environment that strives to exceed guest expectations every time.
Your skills and experience
Experience in a similar environment is essential, as is a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Barista experience is an advantage. Experience across the operational needs of running a café from rostering to stock management is required. You must be available across the trade times including late nights and weekends.
