ASSISTANT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
Hey guys!
I own and run a busy cafe in Attadale and we’re looking for a manager/supervisor for our FOH team.
We’re open from 7am until 3pm - 7 days a week! Our kitchen closes at 2. You’ll be finished by 3.30pm everyday of the week - we’ve got an awesome takeaway window and lovely neighbourhood position and no doubt some of the nicest customers getting about!
Industry Award rates will apply and a full time position for our assistant manager/supervisor role is available should your prefer something more concrete. With a salaried position 65k, with proven experience.
We’ll feed and water you throughout the day!
We offer a forward thinking all day menu, featuring breakfast, lunch items, grab and go goodies, and a wonderful coffee program that you will play a key roll in delivering and selling to our great customers!
We’ve got a wonderful local clientele and have great reviews for our service, coffee and of course our food!
About you -
- Experienced in a fast paced busy environment providing table service
- Some or loads of coffee making experience
- Fun loving
- Team player
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
- Quality dad or inappropriate jokes highly regarded
- A love for coffee, food and wine as well as being passionate and able to talk about it.
- Excellent customer service delivered with care and urgency.
- The facilitation of smooth and well-managed service periods with the aim of delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Oversee the flow of guests within our venue, day to day running of the restaurant floor,
maintain outstanding venue conditions and standards.
We want you to make the venue yours and really.
The successful applicants will help drive our busy eatery & elevate it to the next level, support ownership of the venue and treat our locals and visitors like family.

Our venue is called “The Neighbourhood” in Attadale. We’re 10 minutes or so out of Fremantle in a wonderful community - We also have a small boutique wine and beer store connected to our cafe. You’d receive 30% off in our store if you came to work with us too....
