We’re looking for:
An experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining or similar is preferred, but not essential.
A people-focused individual with a passion for running restaurants brilliantly, excelling in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members from all walks of life while serving high-quality food and ensuring every customer feels welcome.
Passion to inspire and engage your team.
Great communication skills and a people-focused approach.
A knack for running a top-notch restaurant and solving problems creatively.
